Routiply is a documentation and classification aid — it does not constitute legal or customs advice. Final responsibility for trade compliance decisions rests with the user or their licensed customs broker.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Users in jurisdictions with specific regulatory requirements (e.g., licensed customs brokers) are responsible for ensuring their use of Routiply complies with applicable local regulations.
You agree not to use Routiply to:
You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload to Routiply for classification or filing. When you file a submission, it is stored as part of your audit trail in accordance with our data retention policy.
You represent that you have the right to upload and process all documents you submit through Routiply, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Classification results generated by Routiply's AI are provided for guidance only. Users must verify all HS codes and related compliance information independently before filing.
Routiply strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur. We aim to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
Current pricing and subscription terms are available on our platform or by contacting us directly. All fees are billed in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Unpaid fees may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice for subscription changes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to the contact associated with your account. Your continued use of Routiply after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by closing the user account or providing written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data retention obligations (e.g., audit trail records) survive termination in accordance with applicable law.
